The Hotel
The Upstalsboom Seehotel offers you an impressive combination of a maritime-romantic atmosphere, stylish furnishings and Frisian hospitality. The hotel has a lobby, a breakfast parlor, elevator and parking facilities for bikes.
The Rooms
Our 39 stylish and cozy rooms are your own peaceful oasis in the Upstalsboom Seehotel. They are equipped with telephone, SAT-TV, minibar, safe, hairdryer and renovated bathrooms. All the rooms are non-smoking and partially offer a view of the new lighthouse. The hotel is barrier-free and has a handicap-accessible oriel room. Pets are welcome on request. Our rooms are available from 3 pm on arrival day. Our reception is open until 6 pm. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us earlier. Your room is available until 11 am on departure day.
The Location
The Upstalsboom Seehotel is located on the largest of the seven inhabited East Frisian Islands and can be found next to the new lighthouse. It merely takes approx. 200 m. to get to the sandy beach. And the promenade and island train are close by as well. The island encompasses 36 km² and has offshore climate. The fresh ocean breeze is extremely low in pollen and contains iodine, the gulf stream produces moderate temperatures.
